I would like to rent out one room (about 14 square meters) of a newly-rennovated two‑room apartment, to one person. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with another tenant. The rent includes electricity, internet, laundry, access to the storage unit, bicycle room, and the small gym in the building. Car parking is not included, but it can be arranged for an additional fee if needed. The location of the apartment is excellent.
