Access is via separate entrance/staircase (not through the family's apartment). We rent out including furniture, a fully equipped kitchen - with dishwasher, induction stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, toaster and electric kettle – water, heating and the use of laundry and garden, with fruit trees and barbecue.
