Renting out my small one room apartment to a single person, on account of moving to Stockholm. Expecting the tenant to be very organized, cleanly, and have their private economy in order. They shall take good care of the apartment. It's rented out furnished (non-negotiable), and the tenant will of course have to cover damages, if there are any, upon leaving. The tenant shall be a non-smoker and have no pets. Guests may visit the apartment, subject to the same rules.
