To be clear; Only looking for "Inneboende/ Roomate" ! Im Not subletting the apartment to couples or for someone to have it as a private flat! A well planned apartment for sharing, as the 2 bedrooms are in opposite ends of the flat. I am using it for when working in Gothenburg and the rest of the time im living an hour outside of Gothenburg with my children 7, and 9 yrs and Partner.
