Renting out a room of 12 sqm in my two-room apartment of 67 sqm. Rent out only to girls, NO GUYS, ONLY GIRLS. A 120 bed and desk are available. Two deep closets to hang clothes in. The rent for the room is 4300 SEK and the electricity is included. Wifi is not included. The rental period is a trial month and if it works well we will extend it until further notice.
