1. Planning to sell this apartment, viewings are in progress will continue but with limited people. I will inform tenant at least 48 hrs before viewing. Apartment needs to be kept clean at all times especially for viewing. During viewing tenant is required not present in apartment and viewing duration. 45 minutes. 2.
