The apartment is 62 m2 with 3 rooms. Very close to tram, supermarket, park and city centre. You will be sharing the flat with my lovely flatmate Gabor from Hungary (Student at Chalmers) . The room and apartment are fully furnished and everything is included in the rent. Best would be if you could introduce yourself in person in the coming weeks.
