Sublet in a newer building (with balcony) in Älvsjö – 11 minute train ride from the city!! Furnished, and includes washing machine + dishwasher. The apartment is a studio with a curtained-off sleeping nook. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, dishwasher and microwave, and there is a combined washer-dryer machine in the bathroom. The room is fully furnished, as I still have belongings in the apartment (I will be visiting family in Australia during this time).
