I’m renting out one bedroom in my 3-room apartment (total area: 44 m²). The available bedroom is about 9 m² — please see the floor plan for details. The shared areas (kitchen, living room, and bathroom) are fully furnished, while the bedroom itself is partly furnished. However, I’m happy to share the cost if you’d like to buy some additional furniture together. I’m a PhD student at KI Huddinge, so student tenants are preferred.
