Hyresvärdens beskrivning

A normal house on two floors in a small, quiet village. It has 1200 square meters of land and a small spring in the back of the garden. It is close to the local train station and grocery store. The owners no longer live in the house; they live abroad. THEY CANNOT COME AND FIX ANYTHING IF SOMETHING BREAKS. THE PERSON WHO RENTS HAS TO FIX WHATEVER THEY BREAK. The one who rents has to pay all the bills: electricity, waste, etc
